The hotel room was perfectly set up for a cozy night in as the kitchen area allowed us to enjoy making drinks. However, it was disappointing considering we had paid for 4 nights straight. The management should take note of this. The room had an excellent use of space, providing all the necessary amenities without feeling cluttered at all.

The service was quick and responsive when needed, but overall, it was subpar. There was a lack of care shown, especially when reporting issues such as a malfunctioning channel on the TV. Promises made were not kept, like the supposed compensation of 25,000 points for inconveniences faced.

I had a really relaxing and comfortable stay at this hotel. The room setup with the little kitchen and living room was adorable and cozy, perfect for three people. The location was convenient for our plans, although it lacked some seating options in the room for group activities.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and housekeeping was nice, although there was one day where the room wasn’t straightened up. The kitchen area was a great feature for making drinks and relaxing. The location was a pleasant surprise, especially for those heading to San Antonio North, despite some unpleasant smells and conditions.
